More Than Vanity: It’s Restoration
Motherhood is a beautiful journey, but it often leaves physical markers that can affect your confidence and comfort. A Mommy Makeover is not about looking "perfect"—it is about restoring the anatomy that pregnancy altered.
Dr. Bravo approaches this as a reconstructive process, focusing on repairing the abdominal wall and restoring youthful breast position, so you can feel like yourself again.
Customizing Your Makeover
There is no "standard" Mommy Makeover. Dr. Bravo tailors the combination based on your specific body:
1. The Abdomen (Hourglass Tummy Tuck) Pregnancy often stretches the abdominal muscles (Diastasis Recti), creating a bulge that no amount of gym work can fix.
The Repair: We tighten these internal muscles like an internal corset to flatten the stomach.
The Contour: Dr. Bravo performs 360° Liposuction on the flanks and waist to restore your curves, ensuring you don't look "boxy" but hourglass-shaped.
2. The Breasts (Lift or Augmentation)
Deflation: If you have lost volume but the shape is good, we may use Implants or Fat Transfer (from your liposuction).
Sagging: If the nipple sits low, a Breast Lift is performed to restore a perky, youthful position.
Safety First: The Limit
Combining surgeries is efficient, but safety is Dr. Bravo's #1 priority. We strictly limit surgery time to minimize risks. If you require very extensive work (e.g., a 360 Body Lift + Breast Lift + Implants), Dr. Bravo may recommend staging the procedures for your safety.
Recovery
One Recovery: The main benefit is healing from everything at once.
Help at Home: You will need help with childcare for the first 10–14 days, as you cannot lift heavy objects (including babies).
Posture: You will walk slightly bent over for the first week to protect the tummy tuck incision.
