Designing Your Ideal Silhouette
Creating the perfect gluteal shape requires an artistic eye and a deep understanding of anatomy. It is not just about size; it is about the Waist-to-Hip Ratio, the transition from the lower back, and the smoothness of the hip dips.
Dr. Bravo offers two distinct pathways to achieve your goals:
Option 1: Ultra Safe BBL (Fat Transfer)
For patients with sufficient donor fat (in the abdomen, flanks, or thighs), this is the gold standard for natural enhancement.
How it works: We harvest fat via 360° Liposuction and transfer it to the buttocks using ultrasound guidance for maximum safety.
Best for: Patients looking for moderate volume and significant body contouring.

Option 2: Hybrid Gluteal Augmentation (Implants + Fat)
For patients who are lean (BMI < 23) or those desiring high projection that fat alone cannot achieve, the Hybrid approach is the ultimate solution.
Why "Hybrid" is Superior to Implants Alone: Traditional buttock implants often look fake because they are too round and cannot fill the "hip dips" (the sides of the hips). Dr. Bravo solves this by combining two techniques:
Implants for Core Projection: An intramuscular implant provides the central volume and "pop" that creates a sporty, lifted look.
Fat Grafting for Softness: We layer your own fat around the implant and into the hip dips. This softens the edges of the implant, making it undetectable to the touch, and creates a smooth, hourglass transition that an implant alone can never achieve.
The "Safe" Technique
Safety is our priority.
Implant Placement: Dr. Bravo places the implant inside the muscle (Intramuscular). This provides the most natural cushion and prevents the implant from being visible or palpable.
Ultrasound Guidance: Just like in our BBL, we use real-time ultrasound to ensure fat is injected safely in the subcutaneous space, avoiding deep vessels.
Recovery
Sitting: You must avoid sitting directly on the buttocks for 2 weeks. You will be given a special BBL pillow to sit on your thighs.
Garments: A compression garment must be worn for 6 weeks to support the liposuction areas and the new gluteal shape.
Activity: Light walking is encouraged immediately. Gym and heavy lifting can resume after 6 weeks.
