Sculpting Without Surgery
While surgery remains the gold standard for major transformations, Body Fillers offer a powerful tool for precise, localized contouring. This procedure allows us to "fine-tune" your silhouette, adding volume exactly where it is missing without the need for incisions or recovery time.
As a plastic surgeon, Dr. Bravo applies the same anatomical principles to injections as he does to surgery, ensuring the results look natural and respect the muscular structure of your body.
Target Areas & Solutions
1. Hip Dip Correction This is the most popular request. "Hip dips" are natural depressions on the side of the hips caused by bone structure, not fat. Exercise cannot fix them.
The Fix: Dr. Bravo injects filler deep into this depression to round out the curve, creating the coveted "hourglass" silhouette.
2. The "Liquid BBL" (Gluteal Enhancement) For patients who are too lean for a surgical BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift), fillers are the only option to add volume.
The Fix: We can add projection to flat buttocks or improve the roundness of the shape. Note: This provides subtle to moderate volume, ideal for shaping rather than massive size increases.
3. Skin & Cellulite Smoothing Deep cellulite dimples or post-surgical irregularities can be filled to create a smooth, glass-like skin surface.
Types of Fillers We Use
Dr. Bravo selects the product based on your goals:
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Body Fillers: (e.g., HYAcorp). These provide immediate volume and lift. They are soft, natural-feeling, and reversible if needed.
Bio-Stimulators: (e.g., Sculptra, Lanluma). These stimulate your body to produce its own collagen. They are excellent for tightening skin and improving texture while adding subtle volume over time.
Recovery
Immediate Return: You can go back to work or dinner immediately after the procedure.
Activity: Avoid heavy gym workouts (squats/glute bridges) for 1 week to allow the product to settle.
Sensation: Mild soreness at the injection site is normal for 2–3 days, similar to the feeling after a hard workout.
